Lokosoft™ maintains a zero-tolerance approach toward activities that may compromise system integrity, security, or the experience of other users. Any such actions may result in immediate restriction or termination of access without prior notice.

Lokosoft™ endeavors to maintain consistent availability and operational continuity across its platforms and services. However, all services are provided on an “as available” basis.

Periodic maintenance, system upgrades, or unforeseen technical disruptions may result in temporary unavailability. While reasonable efforts are made to minimize such interruptions, Lokosoft™ does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation unless explicitly agreed upon under a separate service-level commitment.

Users acknowledge and accept that digital services, by their nature, may be subject to limitations and external dependencies.

All intellectual property associated with Lokosoft™, including but not limited to source code, system architecture, design frameworks, proprietary tools, and documentation, shall remain the exclusive property of Lokosoft™ unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Engagement with Lokosoft™ services does not grant ownership rights over underlying technologies or frameworks. Any usage rights provided to clients are limited, non-transferable, and strictly governed by the terms of the respective agreement.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of proprietary assets is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Lokosoft™ recognizes the sensitive nature of business and technical information exchanged during engagements and is committed to maintaining strict confidentiality.

All non-public information shared between parties shall be treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed, reproduced, or used beyond the intended purpose without prior written consent, except where required by law.

This obligation shall survive the termination of any business relationship and continue for a reasonable period thereafter.

In the course of delivering services, Lokosoft™ may integrate or rely upon third-party platforms, tools, or infrastructure.

While such integrations are selected based on reliability and industry acceptance, Lokosoft™ does not assume responsibility for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services.

Users acknowledge that their use of such third-party components may be subject to separate terms and conditions, and Lokosoft™ shall not be held liable for issues arising from such dependencies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lokosoft™ shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its services.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or reputational impact resulting from service usage or inability to access services.

In all cases, Lokosoft™’s total liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise mandated by law.

Lokosoft™ operates in alignment with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including information technology laws, intellectual property regulations, and general commercial statutes.

Users and clients are independently responsible for ensuring that their use of Lokosoft™ services complies with the laws applicable in their respective jurisdictions.

Lokosoft™ reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities where required and to take appropriate action in response to legal obligations or violations.

Lokosoft™ reserves the right to revise, update, or modify this Policy at its discretion to reflect changes in legal requirements, technological advancements, or business practices.

Any such updates shall become effective upon being published through official channels. Continued use of Lokosoft™ services following such updates shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

Users are encouraged to review this Policy periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Lokosoft™ may, at its sole discretion, suspend or terminate access to services in cases involving policy violations, breach of contractual obligations, or activities deemed harmful to the platform or its stakeholders.

Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to the date of termination.

Where a resolution cannot be reached amicably, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or appropriate legal proceedings, as determined by the governing framework applicable to Lokosoft™.
